The Exchange’s Initial Offering (IEO) enables firms to sell their tokens to investors to raise capital. IEO is usually administered by the crypto exchange for those startups that seek to raise their funds.
The issuers of the tokens have to pay a fee with a percentage of tokens sold at the IEO. Then those tokens are sold on exchange platforms.
